At Advario, safety and operational excellence are driven by our people. Every day, colleagues take action to strengthen our safety culture, continuously improve operations, and contribute to safe and healthy workplaces for everyone. To recognize these contributions, we celebrate individuals and teams who make a lasting impact through our annual Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Awards.

This year’s winners demonstrate that HSSE excellence can take many forms. In Finland, Kirsi Hämäläinen was recognized for more than 20 years of promoting safe behaviors, being a true safety leader. In Texas, Randall (Tack) Tackaberry reduced hazardous waste volumes across two facilities through an innovative recycling approach.

In Oman, the team behind the ADO Segregation Plan strengthened product integrity by reducing product mixing risks while improving operational excellence across the terminal. In Advario Belgium, ASA was recognized for its strong reporting culture, excellent incident management, environmental performance, and commitment to learning from experience.

Although their achievements are different, they all reflect the same mindset and safety culture. Every winner identified opportunities to improve, took ownership, and turned ideas into action. Together, they demonstrate how the commitment and expertise of our people help build the safe, reliability, and responsible operations that our customers, partners, and communities depend on.
