Connecting Cultures Across Continents at Advario

Last month, colleagues from Singapore and Rotterdam came together for a second digital workshop – “Bridging Cultures Across Continents”. Strengthening understanding and cross-border collaboration were central themes for this virtual workshop.

The workshop brought together 12 colleagues from both locations to explore cultural values, communication styles, and workplace expectations unique to each region. Besides the region, another dimension is added as our office in Rotterdam consists of 29 nationalities.

Facilitated by two experienced intercultural trainers from Aesara Partners , the session fostered discussions on workplace cultures, decision-making processes and approaches to feedback and collaboration.

The workshop marks a continued commitment to our inclusive and globally connected work environment at Advario, with more sessions planned in the future.
