This year’s theme, “We Are All Safety Leaders,” is about personal responsibility. Protecting ourselves and others, following procedures with care, speaking up when something feels wrong, and encouraging colleagues to do the same.
A strong safety culture depends on empowerment, teamwork, and the skills to make the right decisions. Throughout our terminals, colleagues are showing leadership by supporting one another and creating an environment where everyone feels confident to act.
